Warranty - 1 Full Year
All Colorado E-Smokes Electronic Cigarette Kits and Accessories come with a 1 YEAR FREE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. Within 1 year Colorado E-Smokes will replace any product that fails with normal use when presented with the original sales receipt. Warranty is void if product goes through the wash or similar catastrophes; the product is not waterproof. Warranty is void if product is crushed, bent, or otherwise abused. There are NO REFUNDS: As these are consumable personal products and cannot be resold. Electronic Cigarettes are sold as novelty products and no claims are made as to a smoking cessation aid.
To replace a defective piece simply bring in your product and original receipt into any Colorado E-Smokes location.
You may also mail in defectives, by sending in your product to the address on the Contact US Page with a copy of your original receipt.
There are many places you can buy electronic cigarettes and accessories and there are cheaper products, but remember you get what you pay for.. If you use any electronic cigarette consistently throughout a year you will need the atomizer replaced and we do that for FREE with your purchase!
